Revised: Restored half-stress option on stem screen because some building departments still allow this; Fixed erroneous UNSTABLE message when reverse-direction was selected for wind or seismic self-weight; added statement on reports when reverse-direction option was used; corrected thumbnail sketch when SI units were used; minor notational changes.
